Panhandle Nurse Practitioners Association
The Panhandle Nurse Practitioners Association (PNPA) is the local Nurse Practitioner group serving the Amarillo area, including the Panhandle of Texas. PNPA was begun in 1991-1992 by a group of four pediatric nurse practitioners who were working for Northwest Texas Hospital. These amazing NP's set the wheels in motion toward the development of the wonderful organization we know today as PNPA. Our mission is to promote professional excellence, advancement and quality healthcare through leadership, education and advocacy by advanced practice nurses in the Texas Panhandle.
