Full Practice Bill HB 3794 Scheduled for Hearing

We’re excited to share the good news that TNP’s full practice authority bill, HB 3794, is scheduled for a hearing next Monday, April 14 in the Texas House Public Health Committee. Texas NPs, now is the time to make your voice heard!

HB 3794 provides a path for full practice authority for all APRNs and authorizes Schedule II-V prescriptive authority across settings.

Take two minutes to visit our Action Center and send a message to your state legislators, urging them to put patients first and support HB 3794.
